Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapksa Friday (13) morning visited the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), the only U.N. headquarters in Africa and the global south.
President Mahinda Rajapaksa planted a sapling of the African Rubber Tree on the premises of the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON). It has been a tradition for heads of state to plant a tree on their visits to UNON.
